lucy lou diaries

Hello Everyone!
Seeing how I am only 10 months old, I have never experienced what mom and dad call "love day". But I have to say I am a fan! Mom and Dad got me a new RED collar and leash. Which I must say looks great with my auburn fur.  Also they took me to the doggy store and let me pick out a new rope toy.  I love it when mom and dad take the time to run around with me outside. I have to run slow for them, but I don't mind. Can't wait til love day next year.

Loves. Lucy Lou.

February 14

We celebrated Valentine's Day by going to lunch at the oh so yummy Rooster in downtown Provo.
I can't get enough curry. No matter what country it comes from and theirs is super delicious.

After lunch and before we had to head back to school we stopped off at The Chocolate for some scrumptious baby cupcakes.  They may be the best I have had in a long while.
Not to mention they have a bunch of really cute rooms where you can sit, visit and enjoy your desserts.
We will definitely be going there again.
I love this day. I love the food. I love David.
and I think I love my new pink lipstick.

David.
I am yours.
Forever and always.
Be mine?
(Even though at times we may look a little drunk and little drugged)

Lately I've been loving

In honor of love day tomorrow, and in no exact order...

1. My two biggest fans. husband and pooch. Of course my family goes here too.

2. Izze. Oh how I love them. I don't drink soda, just cause I think it is gross and I never feel good after I drink it. (I think it's been about 6 years now) This stuff is all natural, fruity and oh so delicious.

3. Roasted veggies. In particular carrots. A little olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven at 425 for 20-25 mins. They are heavenly. Salty yet sweet, soft yet crispy.

4. My church. I love it. I'm proud to be a member.

5. My early valentine's day present from husband. Skull candy dub headphones. They make my running life so much better. thank you hubs.

6. Tracy Anderson Method. She is working muscles that I honestly didn't know I could work, and I love it.

another love day

With Valentines Day just around the corner I felt it was an appropriate time to share about our anniversary, another love day. Since 2010 is an even year it was David's turn to plan what we did.

We both decided that we wanted to go to the temple every year on our anniversary, so that is what we did first. We went to the beautiful Draper Temple to do sealings. It was an awesome reminder that of the promises we made a year ago.

David knows how I love me a mani/pedi so he then treated me to one. Later that night he re-created a lot of good memories of ours. We went to dinner at our favorite Thai restaurant, which is also where he proposed. We finished the night by going up the Marriott hotel where we went on our wedding night. He even sang my song to me, my own personal show.

I love David. I love that he loves me no matter what. I love our little family. love love love.
