Our first family photo! Dave Sr. took this picture just before we headed out on our 37 hour road trip to our new home. Yes, we made it to Florida and are now residents of the sunshine state. We took some great video of our adventure across the states, and as soon as we find our cord that connects the camera to the computer I will be happy to share them with you.
For now I will just tell you this. There is a really big and beautiful lake right next to our apartment. There is a big sign next to the lake that says "CAUTION: alligators and snakes". And the sign is not lying. The above picture was taken during a big rainstorm and the gators were out and swimming. Thank goodness we have yet to see them out of the water.
