let's do it.

When I return home one of the very first things I am going to do is go to yoga. I miss my studio in Sandy so much. I am going to do my best to do a 30 day challenge. I made this chart to keep me motivated and as a reminder. It isn't the exact routine, but it is as close as I could get it, with a few advanced postures at the end. After every day you practice, mark it off. I tried to leave some room in each box for notes and things about your practice that day. Let's do it together!

Aly, I want to do it with you. I will be in summer school, but starting on the 18th my yoga pass is unfrozen, actually I might have them unfreeze it early. But I want to do a challenge with you too. I just might have to do more night classes than morning! How about a 100 day challenge lady?

P.S. I totally relate to your hair woes. :( The good news is it grows back fast!
